Shaka is a non-custodial, permissionless smart contract protocol deployed on public blockchain networks. Kooky LLC provides an interface to interact with this protocol but does not hold, control, or have access to any funds locked in the protocol's smart contracts.

The Shaka protocol operates autonomously. No human intervention is possible in the execution of smart contract logic once a deal is created and funded.

By accessing or using shaka.deal or interacting with the Shaka smart contracts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol.

Kooky LLC is not a bank, financial institution, or money services business. Kooky LLC does not hold, manage, or control user funds at any point. All funds are held exclusively by autonomous smart contracts deployed on public blockchains.

• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• You are responsible for verifying deal terms before locking funds
• You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable in your jurisdiction
• You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• You acknowledge that Kooky LLC cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions on your behalf

You may not use the Shaka protocol for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or the purchase of illegal goods or services. Kooky LLC reserves the right to block access to the interface (not the protocol) for users in prohibited jurisdictions.

The Shaka protocol charges a 1% fee on deal release, collected automatically by the smart contract. This fee is hardcoded and immutable — it cannot be changed by anyone. Kooky LLC has no obligation to provide fee rebates or refunds.

Use of blockchain protocols involves significant risk, including but not limited to: smart contract bugs, network congestion, token price volatility, regulatory changes, and loss of private keys. Only use Shaka with funds you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kooky LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the protocol, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Kooky LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The smart contracts themselves are immutable and cannot be changed by anyone.
